Navnirmiti Eduquality Foundation is a not-for-profit, Section 8 social organisation, believing in the universalisation of effective education.

Our vision is to provide children from all segments of the society access to quality education. Driven by our motto – Quality for Equality – we aim to deliver learning via innovative methods, access to a nurturing learning environment and scientifically-formulated instructional approaches and pedagogical practices for permanent and high-quality education.

Navnirmiti Eduquality strives to develop quality, yet affordable learning systems in the spheres of Early Childhood Education, STEM and Mathematics and ensure an inclusive and joyful learning process, especially for the marginalised segment of the society.

Navnirmiti Eduquality Foundation has formulated a teaching methodology for Elementary School that can make learning maths an enjoyable and interesting process. Applying our Do, Discover, and Learn approach, we have devised the ‘Active Math Learning Class’ environment, which includes a variety of Math kits, games and learning materials for an activity-based learning experience. The class lays emphasis on learning through observation and self-discovery to mould a curious and creative mind and lay the foundation for critical thinking and problem solving.

Ensuring a Secure and Comfortable Workplace

Navnirmiti Eduquality Foundation believes in providing a safe and secure environment to its employees, customers and visitors. We have a zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment and strictly comply with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act, 2013.

In accordance with the PoSH Act:

  • NEF has a PoSH Committee to handle complaints pertaining to sexual harassment and ensure strict adherence to the PoSH Act by preventing and addressing sexual harassment issues.
  • An annual sensitisation training is conducted for employees to raise awareness about the Act. Committee members are trained on effective and appropriate handling of complaints.
