Navnirmiti Eduquality Foundation is a not-for-profit, Section 8 social organisation, believing in the universalisation of effective education.
Our vision is to provide children from all segments of the society access to quality education. Driven by our motto – Quality for Equality – we aim to deliver learning via innovative methods, access to a nurturing learning environment and scientifically-formulated instructional approaches and pedagogical practices for permanent and high-quality education.
Navnirmiti Eduquality strives to develop quality, yet affordable learning systems in the spheres of Early Childhood Education, STEM and Mathematics and ensure an inclusive and joyful learning process, especially for the marginalised segment of the society.
At our core, we are committed to providing quality education to children regardless of their societal and financial background. Each year, we implement a range of initiatives under our educational programs focusing on Math, Early Childhood Education (ECE), and STEM.
In collaboration with government bodies, schools, corporates, and NGOs, we undertake sustainable projects like Model Anganwadis, Foundational Literacy and Numeracy programs, Math Lab setups, and teacher training workshops.
Community-focused efforts include annual camps, a free community library, and activity-based programs. To further support learning, we develop high-quality, affordable teaching materials, empowering children to thrive.
Navnirmiti Eduquality Foundation assimilates the ELPS (Experience-Language-Pictures-Symbols) framework into its learning activities. The ELPS approach begins with hands-on experiences, allowing students to actively engage with concepts, followed by discussions to build language and verbal understanding. Visual aids like pictures are used to solidify abstract ideas into tangible forms and lastly symbols, such as numbers or letters, are introduced, helping students transition to more formal learning. NEF combines ELPS with methods like "learning by doing" and application-based teaching. Its "Active Math Learning Class" uses kits, games, and materials for activity-based learning, promoting observation, self-discovery, and critical thinking, creating an enjoyable and impactful educational journey.
